Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. We ensure that all product images on our website accurately represent the actual items. However, please note that manufacturers may occasionally update product designs or packaging without notice, but the specifications and features will remain the same.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
After placing an order, your sales receipt will be emailed to you automatically. You can also log in to your Aerial King account and view your order history, where you’ll find all your past purchases and downloadable receipts.
How can I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we regularly restock popular products. If an item is out of stock, you can click the “Notify Me” button (if available) or contact our team to find out when it will be back. Some limited or discontinued models may not return, depending on supplier availability.
Where can I ship my order?
We deliver anywhere within South Africa. All orders are shipped from our local warehouse, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
